Crane precautions in the operation
(1) General precautions for crane operations
1 Always carry out lifting work according to the lifting performance table.
2 Under the action of load, the working radius is increased due to the deflection of the main arm, and this factor should be taken into consideration during lifting operations.
3 Slowly operate the crane during the start of familiarity with the crane operation.
4 When lifting work, concentrate on it, don't look around, and pay attention to the surrounding situation to avoid accidents.
5 When the wind exceeds level 6, do not work.
6 In case of lightning, stop lifting and retract the boom.
7 Do not drag the load that has not been removed from the ground, and avoid side loading.
8 It is forbidden to work near high voltage lines.
(2) Operational precautions
1 The crane is to be supported on a firm and flat surface. (If the ground is soft, place a thicker wooden block on the underside of the footboard than the footboard area.)
2 When the crane is working, all the tires should be off the ground. In any case, you must first hit the leg when you are on the train.
3 The crane should be leveled before work, and it is not allowed to work without extending the horizontal legs and only extending the vertical legs.
4 Use the engine idle throttle to avoid shock when the leg is close to the end position.
5 When getting on the bus, it is forbidden to move the handle of the getting-off control valve. If you need to adjust the legs, you must put the heavy objects to the ground, turn the boom to the bracket in front of the crane, and then operate the legs.
6 When lifting the work, first lift the load off the ground and stop it. If there is no problem, continue lifting. Before lifting the load and leaving the ground, do not use the boom and boom to lift it off the ground, only the hooking operation.
7 Select the appropriate wire rope override based on the length of the boom.
8 When the wire rope is rolled and the hook is rotated, the wire rope must be completely unwrapped before lifting.
9 When the hook is lowered, more than 3 loops of wire rope must be retained on the reel.
10 Before the boom is extended (retracted), fully lower (lift) the hook.
11 When carrying out lifting work, it is forbidden to carry the telescopic boom.
12 Before performing the swing operation, observe that there are no people or obstacles around the turntable, and the swing arm is unobstructed. When hoisting the slewing, it must be run at a low speed.
13 When lifting work, avoid violent sudden stop, slow acceleration and deceleration, prohibit the joystick from changing rapidly, the joystick must first return to the neutral position, wait for the action to stop and then change direction.
14 When the main boom needs to level the main arm, it should be carried out behind the vehicle.
15 The winding of the wire rope on the reel cannot be overlapped or knotted and must be arranged neatly.
16 Lifting tools and ropes for lifting heavy objects shall be firm and reliable, and the lifting wire rope shall not exceed the prescribed scrapping standards, otherwise it shall be updated.
17 The surface of the hydraulic components should always be kept clean for inspection and fault detection. The hydraulic system should be disassembled as little as possible to avoid damage or falling into dirt. It must be dismantled for inspection and repair, and should be carried out in a clean place.
18 When the hook or arm is lifted, if the hook touches the height limit switch, the oil circuit will be automatically cut off, and the hook will stop rising immediately. At this time, the operator should operate in the downward direction of the hook.
19 When hydraulic components or piping must be disassembled for maintenance, the structure should be known and the components must not be damaged. When replacing the seal, the parts should be washed with kerosene or gasoline, and dried and coated with working oil (hydraulic oil). After the inspection and assembly, it should be adjusted by experiment and put into use.
20 After the first 100h of the slewing bearing work, check the coupling bolt once and apply a pre-tightening torque of 520 N.m.
21 Do not adjust the hoist mechanism brakes under load.
22 Always pay attention to the condition of the crane during operation. If an abnormality is found, the cause should be identified and eliminated in time.
23 When the actual load reaches 90% of the rated load, the force limiter will sound a buzzer and should be highly noticed.
24 It is strictly forbidden to carry out any modification of the crane without permission, otherwise the consequences will be at your own risk.
